The resource centre is a spacious, comfortable, modern, centrally heated building with accommodation spread over two floors. Each floor has its own entrance with a coded lock and can therefore, be used by one group of up to 72 people or alternatively used by two smaller independent groups of up to 36 people on each floor.
Each floor has eight en-suite bedrooms with four beds to a room in two sets of bunk beds and there are two bedrooms with two beds in each room with a separate bathroom.
The lounge area on each floor has seating and a TV and DVD player and offers a large space for meetings or workshops.
Each floor has a kitchenette with a kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave, crockery and cutlery.
Wireless internet is available in the resource centre.
A separate part of the Resource Centre building also accommodates the offices for Greenhill YMCA staff.
