Greenhill YMCA
Conditions of Booking
Residential Bookings
A provisional booking will be held for three weeks and then cancelled. We will not contact you unless an alternative booking is requested during these three weeks.
No booking will be considered to be confirmed until a completed booking form, accompanied by the appropriate deposit, is received by Greenhill YMCA.
Deposits are one-third of the total cost and are non-refundable.
Statutory bodies should obtain their deposits through requisition orders.
The balance of payment must be paid 3 weeks before arrival at the centre. Bookings made within 3 weeks of the arrival date must be paid in full at the time of booking.
All damages and losses of centre property, other than fair wear and tear, must be paid for by party leader involved at the time of leaving.
Whilst we do our best to maintain the prices quoted and the programmes outlined, we reserve the right to alter them without notice.
We do not accept liability for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever or howsoever arising whether due to delay, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine or anything else that lies outside our legal liabilities.
The YMCA does not accept responsibility for guest’s property of any description. There is a safe at the centre where valuables can be deposited for greater security, but such items are still held only at the guest’s risk.
As a Christian organisation, we attempt to conduct our affairs in an open and fair manner. Please ask if you are unsure about the services that we shall be providing for you or your obligation to us.
Please do not bring dogs or other pets to the centre.
Each programme is tailor-made to your group’s individual needs; please contact the Group Coordinator for advice on your programme.
